To pay tribute to my Native heritage, I did an editorial shoot with photographer RicZee, a new fave collaborator, out in Cherokee Country. The weather was not the most cooperative with wind gusts upwards 31 mph (that wreaked 'un po havoc on my feathered mohawk I tell ya)....but with a little perseverance, prevail we did! Check out the results including a candid.
And with that, new images. I hope you like because after almost catching pneumonia yet again freezing in the damp, blustery hurricane winds (there for the sake of art go I), I'm now SO ready for Summer!
Be sure to check out more from the shoot up in my gallery soon.

I hope you're all having a most wonderful New Year thus far! As you may know, it's been awhile since I've updated the blog. Please do forgive me for this. I've been juggling lots of projects and personal commitments since the start of a tremendously busy, yet terribly exciting New Year. Firstly, I'd like to share a few new photography works which can currently be seen in several of my online photography ports like 500px and FlicKr as well as a few select social media outlets like my new 10th Muse Photography Facebook page, and other sites. I've a couple new lenses I've been experimenting with like a Mad Hatter and they have afforded me several new very pleasing images which I'm happy to share. As I've been quite the diligent student, honing my craft fast and furious style, I can say with great enthusiasm they've allowed me to break through to a whole new level of professionalism. Alla fine!
Lastly, I've a new Editorial High Fashion photoshoot (plus a little BTS video) shot out in the desert that I'm extremely excited about. Details with images and video to follow soon so check by often!
If you enjoy the new photos, you're more than welcome to pass them along with proper credit and/or links of course and add any of my social media pages to get the latest in your feed! ;)
By now, it may come as no surprise to some of you that photography has been a life long love and passion of mine. What began in early 2006 as a cathartic outlet during my first journey's through Europe, quickly grew into an extension of artistic creativity. The birth of which I trace back to treks through the Germany countryside and my love of architecture and history. Little did I know then that those first few images would stay with me long after returning stateside and set the spark that fueled the desire to go further behind the lens. Though I had no formal training, other than being on the opposite side of the camera, and a couple classes back in college, I had the sense that I could create something that would stir emotion and hopefully, make others see beyond the surface. So armed with my first Canon, off I went snapping photographs every chance I was given. This ongoing love affair that has spawned 10th Muse Photography is what continues to keep me growing, learning, and energized as an artist today. Though my initial focus then was primarily travel and glamour, I am happy to say that seven years later my style has grown to include abstract, fine art, portraiture and so much more.
